    Yeah thats why it's not totally correct. They mentioned they had both— so if his exosphere.ini was setup properly with serial blocking on CFW it should still be there protecting his emunand, despite the atmosphere folder wipe.

    Thats not totally correct. exosphere.ini goes at the root of your SD card. If you didn't delete it, AND if it was set up correctly then nothing you're mentioning here is a cause for worry. If your atmosphere directory was nuked, then dns.mitm would cease to function though.

    You're mentioning like 4 different variables here. You say you were using 90dns- Wiping your atmosphere folder means that your 90dns would still be applied. Secondly, a "tinfoil bug" wouldn't make you connect with N servers, thats all handled externally such as 90dns, incognito, amsDNS, or...
