    Is there any way to clean the system of all traces of the app? I can run the program after installing it with the setup.exe you sent me, but I have to install it every time I want to launch it as it still complains that there is another copy of the app running

    I tried opening the program a minute ago, and got hit with an error, and manually going to the address that the application is trying to update from gives me a 500 Internal Server Error. Is something going on?
