    Can't download Cheat.rar

    Hello from Thailand. I'm newbie here in GBATEMP. When I try to download SX OS Cheat.rar from the forum, I got the message; "You don't have permission to download this". Could someone help me with that. I really want to update my cheat text file. Thanks a lot!
