    The test was done with the read and write setting, but I just today noticed that the cluster size was set to 4092 bytes. I re-formatted the card with 32kb and now moving over the files from my backup. Not sure if this could be causing the issue.

    Thanks for taking your time to write this, although these steps are quite ambitious and feel kinda "last resort". The crash message is a "data abort" one, and i've seen many others with it, its just that mine appears in places not like the others.
