    I tried this before licking it.. I also disassembled the power save device, and tried it that way...holding it tightly against the pins. Didn't work

    Sorry that you don't approve. But It will keep being suggested. I don't think most people are worried about corrosion. It is VERY unlikely that that will ever happen. You have to have the pins sitting in water for a quite a while.

    You can try. But its more about the conductivity of the pins. Which saliva helps. Rubbing alcohol would dry to quickly I would assume.

    What are the forbidden 3? Yes, it seems weird, but I licked the prongs on my cartridge, then it started working no problem.

    Nope. There is a sheet with a key on it in the package.

    Download and install the Program from https://powersaves3ds.maximummemory.com/ Once the program is installed, enter in your key that comes with the unit. Then plug the unit into the computer, let the drivers install, and follow the instructions on the screen. It's very simple.

    Took mine apart. Don't see how you would be able to do that. I licked my Pokemon X cartridge, works great now, lol
