    To be honest, I can't really see much differences between 720p & 1080p from far away, like how I view my moderate-size Flat Screen TV screen.

    Pretty sure you can, if you change the way the frames are rendered. Like how an emulator (e.g. PPSSPP) can run a game at greater FPS than the game originally intended.

If you have done so beforehand (i.e. before the 3.61 update), you should be able to swap between different accounts without even the need to format the Vita.
