    yeah, the money problem... I thought about this too and I would sell it to someone who wants my 9.2 3DSXL. At some time someone would want to have one just to use the gateway on 9.2 ^^ and I would use the money to buy a 4.x 3DS :D

    maybe its downloading in the background, but it still needs your confirmation to update the system. I have enabled everything, but I dont know where the update file is saved to or what name file the update has... anyone??
