    The corruption is the issue of the DS-X, not your program. The DS-X team is apparently working on it, but one can't be sure with them.

    That's why I haven't tried the OP's way yet. I tried deleting and stuff at the beginning, and I had an irreversibly-corrupted save. With ~30 hours in now, I am not gonna risk that again. I've never had corruption errors with my method though.

    I never need to delete my save off the cartridge to edit it with my DS-X, but I'm sure your way works as well. What I do: 1) Load Pokemon, move stuff around (typically put something in the PC and take something out). 2) Remember the order of Pokemon in my party. 3) Save, restart, let eeprom...

    Yeah, excellent program. I've been using it for some time now since DS-X saves can't be opened by the Pokesav program, so I always need to convert DS-X>R4 and open it that way. Looking forward to further additions.

    It does stay there, which is why you have to let it dump before you do anything to the save file. If you do that and it still doesn't work I'm not really sure what's wrong.

    What KirbyPink said could very well work, but when I was trying to replace my save I deleted my old one in the process and my data was corrupted and I couldn't replace it.

    I was having similar problems. Basically what I would do is: Load Pokemon, save, and turn off DS. Load up DS-X, let eeprom save. Load a different rom, play around a bit and save.
