My hacked switch was on 13.0.0 with Amosphere 1.1.1 and I tried to do Match Version with Local Users to update Smash Bros, not realising that functionality also updates the switch firmware. Console rebooted into Hekate and I get an error saying package1 not found when trying to boot to sysCFW...
Something I am unclear about if I was to start launching Atmosphere through fusee instead of payload3, is how can I ensure I would get sigpatches regardless of which version I boot? I've downloaded fusee.zip and hekate.zip and they seem to have the exact same content... But my guess is perhaps...
I've recently updated my Switch to firmware 13.0.0 with Atmosphere 1.1.1. I've used 2 previous versions of Atmosphere but both from quite dramatically different times as I don't tend to update this switch very often. I remember when I first updated I couldn't boot into Atmosphere through Hekate...
Ah OK, so my 2 options are:
Use the Wii U system settings to copy the save data and update, deleting the game in the process, then reinstall that with WUP Installer
OR
Extract the save using saviine, inject that to USB, then download the game updates with Wii U USB Helper and install with WUP...
Hi,
I just used disc2app then WUP Installer GX2 to rip all my games and install them on a USB HDD. I've now found that when booting games off USB, it can't use the save data or update data stored on the internal storage, and when you use the Wii U system settings to transfer the save data and...
Can anyone tell me why New Super Mario Bros U, plus update, plus DLC (New Super Luigi U) is only about 2.7GB combined, yet the title New Super Mario Bros U + New Super Luigi U is a massive 14.6GB?!
Is there actually any difference???
Thanks for all the help everyone. I know I could have probably found this all out through searching, but it's just been so long since I checked everything out and the information seems quite spread out.
I think for now I'll just leave the 3DS on 4.5.0 and update my Gateway Launcher.dat and then...
I wasn't just going to update my sysnand anyway haha... but nice try ;)
Just tried a new game on my current emunand, Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer, and it just gets stuck on the launching screen with the pulsing red lines. Just looked it up and it needs firmware 9.8.0, so no wonder.
I'm...
Hi there,
Ages ago I managed to acquire an O3DS XL with 4.5.0 firmware installed. I proceeded to purchase a Gateway card and used it for a little while, but then my interests turned to other games and I didn't use the 3DS for a while.
I now want to get back into it all, but it seems like a...
Damn, I seem to remember that working with at least one of the Pokemon games.
Ah OK, so what would I do, dump the card, extract the save, then just rename it to a .3dz?
Is there any way to use the save game from the Japanese ROM on the European one?
Also, can you extract saves from a retail card then use that with Gateway, and vice versa?
Only the really hardcore players learn that since you need it to watch tournaments. But they can be entertaining to watch. For instance, this Snake vs Snake Money Match.
No one wants to subtract anything from the game. There's elements of the game people don't want involved in competitive...
Throwing around the word cancer is just stupid. You're stupid.
There are tons of people, myself included, who enjoy competitive smash over casual smash. I still enjoy playing in big groups with items on, but competitive is the most fun as it's more about skill.
And Smash is just much more...
Dude just... seriously.
All Smash games have a competitive and non-competitive sides. Hence For Fun and For Glory in the new one. Calling the competitive scene "cancer" is just making you look like an absolute twat.
I've been playing fallout4 all day, I went into a elevator and it kept going, never stopped, waited 5 minutes, must of been a bug. How bout you, whatcha do today?
