    The L3 and R3 buttons are the joysticks. L3 is left joystick and R3 is right joystick. Press it to activate and deactivate.

    The "off enable" cheat is what you use if you unchecked any of the cheats used. Almost like a turn off cheat if you decide to continue the game without restarting it.

    By chance, are you using emulator? Float, moon jumps or any other button activators typically do not work on emulators.

    I personally haven't checked the main file, but it seeing as the game hasn't updated in 4 years the latest cheats should be there. If not, you can manually add them in with these that I found by searching the BID # (thanks arismendy64)...
