Hacking 4gb card is good enough for hacking?

8GB is a good start, I use it with minor issues (I'm always only at <4gb left, and thats with a few games installed), but for 4gb, you'll only be able to store about 2 NAND dumps before it's full enough that it's almost useless. Unless you use your space wisely, I'd go for a 16+gb card.

Hacking 3DS Brahma payloads updated for B9S?

I'm just looking to get some more dev tools for my 3ds, as that is the most fun part about the entire system. x3 If you know any more other than GodMode9, Decrypt9, and Hourglass9, I'd love to hear about it.

    Hacking Data abort

Put your SafeB9SInstaller.firm (if it exists) into luma/payloads/

    Hacking Data abort

Thats quite weird how your 3DS is reacting. It normally shouldn't be doing that. So that means that you probably have a borked B9S install. Try re-running SafeB9SInstaller.

    Hacking Data abort

No, since that's soundhax, it shouldn't matter. auto Here's my SD card root, its functioning with Luma not crashing. Also, here's my Luma to try.

    Hacking Data abort

No, I believe it'd make it harder for us to figure out what's wrong. Can (if you don't mind) you .zip your SD contents and upload it to a site? Or post pics of your SD card's root?

    Hacking Data abort

So that means you haven't moved your boot.firm to your CTRNAND yet. Without being able to boot into the home menu, I can't tell if Luma is the culprit or something else.

    Hacking Data abort

Does it load to the home menu when booting w/out SD? This would confirm that it is either Luma or how your SD is configured.

    Hacking Data abort

Hm. Sounds like Luma3DS is the cause. Try reinstalling Luma3DS. Make sure you're using B9S 1.2 when using newer Luma versions.

    Hacking Data abort

Could you give us the SysNAND Vers, what hax is running (B9S or A9LH), vers of Luma3DS, etc? Also: Newer versions of Luma have been causing data aborts (on arm11 kernel), so its probably nothing. Try using a older version of Luma. (I believe a version of Luma 7.1 has B9S support, try it)

Hacking Updating B9S, Chainloader menu does not open, goes right to home menu.

Yes, I had this issue for like 5 mins when changing to B9S from A9LH. Found the solution after looking again at it. B9S doesn't ignore it for some reason.

Hacking Updating B9S, Chainloader menu does not open, goes right to home menu.

We need a B9S + Luma troubleshooter guide stickied by admin *sigh* If there are any .bin files in the luma/payloads folder, it will skip the chainloader. Delete any .bin files in luma/payloads and try again.

    Hacking Decrypt9 NTR_CARDHAX?

See, the issue is that I'm still a minor. Also, I was gonna buy the flash card anyway, since CIAngel works, while ndsbootstrap doesn't x3

    Hacking Decrypt9 NTR_CARDHAX?

(haha, I'll have to buy it, get a hardmod afterwards sometime, then reformat it for viewing .mp4 vids of anime) (I'll probably order it sometime soon, its getting late and I'm technically still under the legal age limit of most things (like ordering using a debit card and owning a debit card)
