    I am on step 7 and the option to open decrypt in Vita shell is greyed out. I followed all of the instructions to a T with the exception of the part where I can install norpdrm. I already have norpdrm and I have a digital copy of the game.

    I just installed the game on my 3ds and want to know if the special rockruff is obtainable in the game. Reason I'm asking is that I'm starting a new game and I'd like to be able to have access to the special Rockruff that evolves into Dusk Lycanroc.
