    Try only streaming the top screen. And with the following options: Topscreen: 1 Buttom Screen: 0 View mode: 1 Quality: 65% Priority factor: 0 QoS: Test with 101, 15, 25 and 30 and see if there is any difference. Priorty: top. How's your framerate with these options?

    Have you tried the dump before converting? Yeah I usually just go for stored, however the 3rd option in vitaorganizer always compress with the highest (9). Much faster to transfter a VPK renamed to .mp4 trough usb than transfering the folder over FTP.
