    i get this error when i choose mystery gift and live competition but it not happen when i select save to continue with out select both of them.

    It's normal. Have you tried to clicked the empty area where Kyogre was floating? It doesn't matter what version of the game as long as you can manage to boot. They're all the same except if you add randomizers like Star Sapphire(and also in that rom hack, the character has blue color instead of...
