ROM Hack [Tutorial] How to Decrypt, Extract & Rebuild 3DS|CIA|CXI Files
Hey, sorry for being a complete and utter noob at this, but how would you go about doing this for Citra? I want to play Pokemon Moon Randomized on my PC, but I can't seem to be able to rebuild my .3ds file. Anyone know why?- CasioTheCalculator

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
