    Since you have Luma, you can run the homebrew launcher from the home menu (https://github.com/yellows8/hblauncher_loader/releases) And if you lost EVERY hack file including FBI, your gonna have to reinject it (follow 3ds.guide)

    Check to see if your putting in the correct payload format. For example, put in decryptwip9.bin/firm (depending on what version of Luma you are on, check 3ds.guide.)

    I think homebrew is the first step rather than CFW, because we can have some kind of entrypoint like browserhax on the 3DS. Were not even close to begin creating CFW.
