I tested Triforce heroes & Marioparty star rush (Both EU CIA) on my PAL 3DS and JP 3DS, when I start Download play on my PAL 3DS es they can find each other but my JP 3ds can't, and when I run the game on my JP 3DS the Pal ones can't find it. only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that -
