FidgetSpinner3DS is exactly what it says it is. I told y'all I was making it.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Tap the touch screen to spin the Fidget Spinner. It can only turn clockwise. It can't turn counter-clockwise. Don't bother asking.
- Press START to exit the app.

I tried installing it and a wave of relief rolled over me when it didn't show up on my home screen after installing.

Same here, I was told this was finally here and my 3DS dropped a brick out the Slot-1. Idk why the cia didn't appear on the home menu but I launched it threw the FBI app in titles.

Try rebooting and check if you see it.

At this rate we're gonna get an official 4chan Homebrew for the 3ds.
