You have two methods:
1) Easy way,but more slowly> Don't open it, just leave it ON until right/left screen looks working.
2) Hard way, but more effective > Open it, and check Ribbon LCD cables, clean it, re-solder Ribbon LCD pins, clean motherboard, etc. (Seach Youtube tutorials for this)
PS: i discovered method 1 xD

I think i tianguis is a ''swap meet''

We have these in the united States too, but they are more popular in west coast and central USA, because i have yet to see southern states. Mostly california, new mexico, arizona, and texas have them.

I used to go to them every weekend ( years ago.. ) when i was about 10-12, you would find very nice deals and often these would be the only places where you can find older games or hard to find items ( it was kind of like a physical ebay). These are kind of bad now in the USA though , the indoor ones are more expensive and have prices like retail stores ( even though most of these swap meets are selling clone china items).

The outdoor ones have become just as bad , they have people searching online for prices so they jack up prices to reflect online but they fail to realize buying online you get the item shipped for fre
usually, insurance, and guarantees..Also i noticed * most* people who frequent these places people with low income or kind of poor so it doesn't make sense for these places to have online prices they just won't sell goods too often.

I think i did visit a couple when i was still 15 or 16 but the prices and items were too crazy to buy and find , people wanted too much. As i got older i started buying from online and it was much cheaper and efficient. Now i don't really bother i have a pile of many games and consoles but i lost interest with age because i hardly have time to play them now. But stubborn me still buys a couple of old items every now even though i know i won't play them .

I bought a psp from online broken for about $10 free shipping ( even by mexico's standards this is still a good price iMO) opened it and all it had was a loose ribbon cable.

Last time i went to visit mexico i went to a place called guadalajara and saw decent swap meets with hard to find items. The prices Mexicans in mexico want are much much better so for me most of them were almost free ( coming with usa currency and an above average job).

Some of our yard sales in some city's are better than your ''swap meet's'' in mexico, i think you would be surprised what you can find some people almost throwing out here.
For example in places like newport beach, Beverly hills, laguna beach, irvine, orange county etc.. you will find people throwing away a slim ps2 for $5, n64 for $6 , snes , and gameboy games for 25 cents.

Also i don't think ''swap meets'' are to be considered stores , most of them have no return policies and are just individual sellers selling items. Many of these sellers will just have a blanket in a lot with used items. The indoor swap meets are probably more like stores because they are more stricter and regulated so it needs to be cleaner . Outdoor swap meets are hardly any different than most yard sales

I think I need to move to Mexico, the consoles and games in my country have never been cheap, they are too expensive, you only find cheap games on steam, and as nintendo does not work anymore, it would need to buy everything outside the country what it is Totally unfeasible with the financial conditions I have.

I think the prices and items you would find in the usa would surprise you even more.
And with western states like california having minumum wage @ $10 an hour ( about 32 BRL) its not like people here won't be able to afford a couple of games.
Cost of living in places like california, neveda and oregon is kind of high ( california very high..)

Still some people in some countries would probably dream of getting paid 1600 a month ( this is minimum wage, no experience or any skill at all just flipping burgers..)
