Unfortunately accidently deleted my save
Sometimes it's just an OCD thing. Like when you completed a game and like to have it 100%, but don't want to do something that's too grindy, difficult or requires online connection. Or if you completed a game on a previous console, but don't want to do everything over again on the Switch. Reasons vary from person to person.
Some people want have all access to game contents.
As for me, I prefer to request the save with story mode completed, not 100%.
It is near impossible to have 100% save for third party games and less popular first party like New Pokemon Snap.
I already supplied New Pokemon Snap and it is one of best save that I found ever and if it wasn't me, no one would share in here.
If you want further, it is near impossible since no one share it.
Remember, just make a request one time and don't spam, otherwise members are very unwilling to share if someone make multiple same requests, same goes with cheating as well. If members have saves and willing to share, so they will upload in here.
At time when I posted - we don't have No Man's Sky saves.
Some games have new versions of the game ONLY if you complete 100%, or new levels are accessible only after you made a 100% of the game. I have a Professor Layton Game on 99% for years and could no see the real ending nor get the password for the next game on the series and I can swear that 1% is no where!!!!!

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
