ROM Hack [Release][NTR Plugin] Fantasy Life

Hi guys !

Last year I shared a plugin for Fantasy Life which I decided to update a little to use my menu.

I join a list of the objects and items ID nicely dumped and shared by @TheDeKay in the archive.
Note that you must inverse the bytes from @TheDeKay's list.
Example: 3F 02 | object -> 023F

From 3.2, I implemented a language system that I've been working on. I didn't tried it intensively, but it should load a language file according to the current system language.
Language files are simple text files, and every one can create or edit them.
Here the filenames according to language:

        "Lang_JPN.txt",
        "Lang_ENG.txt",
        "Lang_FRA.txt",
        "Lang_DEU.txt",
        "Lang_ITA.txt",
        "Lang_SPA.txt",
        "Lang_CHN.txt",
        "Lang_KOR.txt",
        "Lang_DUT.txt",
        "Lang_POR.txt",
        "Lang_RUS.txt",
        "Lang_CHI.txt"

Traductions can be partial, in which case missing references will default to English.

So I share with you this plugin, the only new thing being an Item Editor.
You'll be able to edit your equipment in-game with this plugin.

This is great!
I was messing around with the weapon editor, is there a way to calculate the damage you want to add? Also, when entering the desired amount of damage, it says defense instead of damage

Yeah, I just found how to read and write correctly the value.
I'll update the plugin if it proves to be right.

So if enter 250 in Damage for my weapon, the total damage of the weapon will be [Weapon Base Damage] + 250.

I looked online for about an hour , and still can't find a way of extracting

You get bootntr selector & install the cia. Then find the title id for your game (each game has multiple regions, use the one you have) on 3dsdb.com, make a folder on sd root called plugin, make a folder in the plugin folder named as the title id of your game. then you unzip the plugin, and place the files in the folder that has your titleid as its name. Then you launch bootntr selector, set it up & select 3.3. After the app auto closes, go into fantasy life. If the screen flashes green, you have succeeded.

Is there a way to edit the 2nd line for special effects? It only seems to add one type of effect for the items that don't have any effects

No sorry, it's not possible.

The first one is in the object data and linked to it's ID so not editable.
You can only edit the second which is the second since it's the only one you can change when your craft the object.

Thanks for clarifying that. Also, is the plugin able to find shields? I tried "find equipped item" for Dragon King's Shield and it crashed my game

Yes it should.

Sometimes a few items in their category aren't recognized by the plugin but it shouldn't crash. Try again, maybe it was just a random error.
