Set Date & Time on Boot

Hopefully someone can help with this.

I haven't played my vita since before Christmas, seen a few new releases so thought I'd boot it up only to find that the battery was flat. Charged it up as normal and now it's asking me to set date and time after showing the Enso logo on Boot up.
Don't really want to go ahead and set the date and time incase I lose enso/henkaku.

Any advice? Cheers.

Your battery likely died completely. The psp does the same thing.
