I was playing Trails In The Sky, and I used CWCheat to set the CPU speed to 111 Mhz because it just so happens the game isn't all that intensive to run and I wanted to be able to reduce the battery consumption. But then I noticed the CPU clock kept getting reset to the default 222 MHz... at first I was confused why it did that, figured that maybe the game just refuses to run in any speed other than 222 MHz. But then I had a thought.... so I had my character enter a new map, and I brought up CWCheat as the screen was fading out and sure enough, I noticed the clock had been bumped to 333 MHz. And then afterwards when the new map's done loading, the CPU clock speed was back at 222 MHz. So in other words, the CPU clock is temporarily bumped up anytime the game enters a loading state to speed up loading times, then back down when it's done. This is not exactly an issue in and of itself, but it does mean that I can never run the game at anything other than 222 MHz. So now that I know the game does this, does anyone know if there's a plugin that can persistently keep the CPU clock to the speed I want?

Hello I’m looking for home brew ports for the psp but damn is finding such thing is rare like Ik there fire water the music game and gnat plus port but is there more or like niche psp port to check?

Nuga-Cel stands for Nurture Garment Celebration
What interests me in this game is that the characters are designed by the same person who made Vocaloid.

There are two versions of this game: original Nuga-Cel! for PS2 and Motto Nuga-cel! for PSP.

The PSP version is more superior, as for why:
-You can select quantities when buying consumables (you can only buy one by one like you buy clothes in PS2 version)
-There are some optional bosses who didn't present in PS2 version and they are all included in PSP version cover

Guess that's why the title for PSP version is "More Nuga-cel!" if translated in English.
But...the trade-off is that some CGs are cropped in PSP version so that only the upper-half is shown and the lower-half is cut-off.
It's when your party members/heroines are using their finisher skill.

Probably because PSP is weaker hardware to PS2 so that's why they are cropped.
Anyway these are the CGs I mentioned. Only these are cropped while the rest are all the same in both versions, including BOSSES when using their finisher skill.
Only HEROINES finisher skill CGs are cropped.

My point of this post is that I was asking if someone would help in replace those cropped PSP CGs with its PS2 counterparts for the PSP game.
Similar to GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories that are successfully modded using PS2 assets for PSP version.
I don't expect this game would get translated soon, although would be nice if it does, even just menu only.
