This patch increases the buildup speed of the character’s animation from walking to running, which some people deemed was too slow. It removes those initial seconds to gain momentum so Flink will start jogging as soon as you press left or right.
Please note that unlike some Game Genie codes found online for the game, this does not alter Flink’s speed, it simply bypasses that buildup.
