Windows 7 Multicolor Folderband (Please)

I want to get multicolor shellstyle themes working. Just to be sure, I'm only tinkering with themes that only change the color of the bottom pane and folderband and nothing else, no Longhorn-style folderbands or anything. I've tried two themes from DeviantArt ("Aero Glass 7" by sagorpirbd and "Vista 5112" by AtheneRa) but the folderband wouldn't change color regardless of which directory I'm in (e.g. in Documents it's supposed to change color to green but it still remains blue). I have already talked about this on YouChew and DeviantArt, but I've been waiting for days and still no replies or comments on this. I really need help on this please as soon as possible.
