Moved to another house last year… and now I'm back to plaster work on another attic. I hate the cement, the sand, the stinking (literally) primer and all that dust.
I'm not even good at this work, but the it has to be done. About 30 years overdue.
The old attic is full of dust. Then comes the old plaster (mostly sand) and all the dust from sweeping and trying to clean. And the cement dust. To make it short: I need ventilation. Air flow. Out with the dust!
I don't have a nice little wind machine like the craftsmen, who repaired and sealed the cellar against humidity. I only own a normal fan. So I used it. Worked great. Until I stepped on the plug today.
Opposed to the heavy rubberized plugs on machines intended to be used in construction, a normal puny plug breaks off. It just lost one pin.
Not even the little things just work out for me.
F… this shit! I hate my life!
Now to clean the fan and replace that plug…
