Can you install ARK on flash on any PSP

I guess there's an option to install ARK to flash. I've been updating my setup and it's my understanding that you couldn't mess with flash unless you had a 01g or 02g PSP and that a PSP 3000 couldn't have a permanent CFW without Infinity. Is Infinity on PSP unnecessary now? I can just run ARK, do a full flash installation and be done with it? Because if I can I'm going to go that route and not bother with Infinity. I have a PSP 3001 so that's why I'm asking.

You need Infinity to do what you're asking.

I guess with the New CIPL that just come out infinity is no longer needed. Can install CIPL and install to flash.
