Try checking "Settings" -> "Titles You've Downloaded".
If it's not there, then you'll need to dump your NAND, and use ninFS to transfer the data from the NAND file.

but how do I do it I use ninfs but I don't have the tool to modify the DSiWare files but what is the file that I must modify or delete to remove the verification of the DSi Shop from the DSi transfer tool
If you're wanting to use ninfs to remove the verification in order to transfer your data, then idk how that's done. You should just dump your DSiWare from your SD card.

You can get older ones even like the pi 3,4 for cheap, but they don't play gamecube, Wii etc very well. Be warned they use a Linux os, which you need to load onto a micro SD card yourself. You can find pre built images like "retro-pie" online free tho which makes it easy to setup.
