    It's working on mine. Make sure you have 1.2.0.0 installed (the latest GameBoy update 1.4.6 supports). A higher version won't work.

    You can just downgrade it by installing an older update over the newer one. All of the SNES games added since 3.6 run fine when added manually.

    Bug found in the most recent patch: In case 27, Dimmy is supposed to leave the restaurant if you bring him a rice ball, but the game doesn't recognize it if you have the patch applied. I had to revert to Japanese to complete the quest.

    Presumably it will support newer versions at least, but until Nintendo adds support for a game that doesn't work with 1.4.6, it's unnecessary. All the games they've released since 1.4.6 work fine when added manually (aside from N64, of course).

    There's a risk of messing up your joystick input so it constantly moves left. It doesn't happen all the time, and I don't think anyone figured out how to determine if your NGM is at risk. It's the main reason I haven't tried modding mine yet.

    Correct. The only one that can currently be flashed to the system is the hacked Japanese version that was released.

    Haha, man, the group of people online who are interested in hacking the mini is incredibly small! Probably a good idea to wait to hack it, though, unless you can afford to possibly mess it up and need it fixed later!

    Looks like it's a known issue with the firmware. I'd recommend that nobody flashes theirs until a fixed version is released.
