    I thought we were talking about PPPwn. You are right, for the base exploit itself you don't require a USB stick. But for GoldHEN (at least as far as i know), you require a USB once, for the first time, to get the payload copied to the HDD. But this might also be obsolete now, I honestly don't know.

    You don't need a webkit exploit for this bug, as it directly exploits the kernel. The good news is, that it's probably exploitable from coldboot. This means that you just turn on the PS4/5 and once you reach the UI, you are running an exploited system without any further user interaction
