    did you change the code to point to "imagename" .bmp? as you have to convert the image files to a .h file with the same name as the .gmp file. the grit program converts the files to a .h file for building.

    gba nes classic roms work now with the patch from @TechieSaru you have to set the save type to sram, and they work just fine.

    First I would update your ezflash with the latest stock firmware from ezflash. Do this by putting the newest official firmware on the root of your ad card. While booting the cartridge hold down the right shoulder button and you will see the firmware flash screen. Once finished. Repeat this again...
