This is the starting point.
If you don't know anything, then this is the suited place.
I guess you need to read little bit to understand little bit about the gist.
The main work is on the number 2 menu...

If you doubt about something you learn, free to ask in this thread for confirmation.
The first thing you must do is to backup everything.
After you install hekate, do backup the emmc.
Then backup the key...
Black screen could be anything.
It could be the screen dead (maybe corrotion).
Or the screen connector broken.
Or the emmc line broken (cmd / dat / clk).
Or power broken.
Or something else.
If you want to know, then you need to buy some Logic Analyzer or Oscilloscope then you need to find a way to clip pin in the oled connector, and find some unusual signal. Then you trace back what line produce those unusual signal, it will ended...
What i mean by 'pull up' is the cmd line normal is high voltage, data low voltage.
Resistor under the triangle is the cmd line pullup resistor its should be 4k7 (cmiiw).
From the datasheet of the emmc
I swapped the emmc, it works now. I had full backups of the old original emmc, that is RAW GPP and BOOT0/1, as well as prod keys. I'm hoping just restoring them will work and won't get me banned. I never dumped the bis keys so I hope I didn't...
If the emmc is totally dead, you'll get different error.
There will be no white led, in the first time you turn on the picofly.
Those white led means picofly writing to the emmc.
If its failed, it will throws error.
Theres also bunch of emmc...
Spoke to Tom Fulp the other day, if he can find his old Newgrounds site content like the mini Flash animations from the 2000's that played on the portal.
@SylverReZ, atleast the 1999 versión of pico's school is avaliable (the difference between it, the 2006 versión and the 2016 versión is that the speed of the game depends of the speed of your computer and that it had the og soundtrack)
@SylverReZ, although the "secrets" system where the game was has been removed. Also pico vs uberkids had a netplay versión that was shutdown, although the swf file has been found
@Xdqwerty, Nope. There are two download buttons on the same page, where you can download the original under a file called "bear.exe". "bear2.exe", however, is the updated game in a Flash projector. P.s. this was on the archived Pico page from 2000.
Fun fact @SylverReZ: iirc one of the goals on the fnf Kickstarter stated that pico 2 would be finished but the Kickstarter didnt get enough money for that goal to be fullfiled
