PPF is a patch format commonly used in older and some current hacks for games consoles.
This program will apply versions 1, 2 and 3.0 of the format including the 3.0 "undo" options. Patch creation is not available here but PPF and PPF studio should be able to handle patch creation.
Java and mac OSX versions should also be available.
