Comes with Moonedit for Windows, Linux and FreeBSD 1.4. The Windows version should work just fine on modern versions of Windows.

when doing collaborative editing, each user had their own unique text colour, that will show you who edited what
mine's a reddish pink as you can see
you can save in either txt or moonedit's native format, me, which will preserve information about who edited what
you can also export into html, which i think also preserves information about who's edited what, but i'm not sure
