This zip contains two versions of the DBI forwarder built for FW 12.0+
dbi_forwarder_fw1201_054ec53573bb0000.nsp - this is the official forwarder from the 4PDA source. It expects DbI.nro to be installed at /Switch/DBI.nro
DBI-054ec53573bb0000.nsp - this is the version I built to mimic the original but it expects /switch/DBI/DBI.nro because I like to keep all my nro files in folders.
