I put over 100 hours into Terraria with a friend. Good fun. Let me tell you, you need multiple friends for the bosses. If no one's around to keep fighting, the bosses despawn.
Klonoa's a classic. If the PS1 original had come out a few years prior, it would've probably been up there with Crash or Spyro. The series never had good timing or word-of-mouth, so it kept sinking into obscurity.

100 Hours??? For some reason, I like to see that as a small amount of hours put into it. There's a bunch of people that play that game with those hours, but I don't know if that's a huge amount considering that I have 3K into the game LMFAO.
Klonoa is another classic, but I have only played Empire of Dreams, Dream Champ Tournament, and Heroes for the GBA, and neither of them were completely completed. I want to put the 3D ones on my Backloggd.
My friend and I played Terraria when it had become fairly "feature complete." After the initial Bartz rip-off era, but not long after it was ported to everything. That's how I remember it. By then, we'd already clocked in 100+ hours and wanted to move on. Good times.
For Klonoa, the two 2.5D games were good platformer fun. Great graphics, music, and gameplay. My only complaint is that they're a bit easy. For the handheld games, I've only played Moonlight Museum for the WonderSwan. I think the GBA games are puzzle platformers like Moonlight Museum.
I've never quite understood the Klonoa storyline. I guess the two 2.5D mainline games are the meat of it, and the handheld games are side journeys. I don't know where Klonoa Heroes fits in. On top of that, they take some time for a volleyball tournament. I wrote a paragraph just to say that I'm not the best source for Klonoa lore.
Everyone likes Super Mario: my favorites are the GBA titles. I still play Mario Kart CTGP (hack) now before sleeping. Puyo Puyo and Wario Ware I play occasionally on GBA SP or DS Lite; very addictive. Starfy and Klonoa also played on GBA but never finished. AAAhhh... Too many games, and not enough free time, shit.
When it comes to Mario, I'm lukewarm on the series; some titles I love, others I hate, and others I have never played, so eh.
MegaMan...I've only played 11 (the latest one), and that was decent. I have heard OF Starfy and Klonoa, though.
SSB - Brawl's my favourite, in terms of singleplayer content, while Ultimate has the most characters and stages overall (albeit at the cost of having BotW Link instead of TP Link - ugh). MarioKart; I've played 7 and 8 (and 8 Deluxe), and they're decent games.
PuyoPuyo - isn't that the Tetris thing, except with smiley slimes? Gradius is a shoot-em-up thing, and Terraria is like 2D Minecraft or whatever. Sonic is, well, Sonic. Never played any of these. Never heard of Rivals of Aether or Mtuual (typo?), though.
Almost missed WarioWare - my only one was Twisted!
Well, it's got "mining" and "crafting", doesn't it? In a 2D world? So in that sense, it is a "2D Mine-craft" game.
Though, from what I understand it's got a way better progression system than MC, and it's very different as an overall experience. Regardless, it's not something I'm interested in, so I haven't looked into it much.
A lot of people who aren't interested in the game call it 2d Minecraft cause well, they aren't interested in learning more about the game to make it seem that it's more than just a 2D Minecraft.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
