Yeah it has the same slowdown that the others have...I think they all have this issue? It's an inherent flaw with the SuperCard carts I think. Not sure on the Pokémon games. Never tested that aspect of it.
I've enjoyed the Switch version of this game. The controls aren't that bad. Though they really missed the mark with recentering motion controls. Games like Breath of the WIld handle this pretty well. Motion controls for that game for example...
Done did. I traced the 6 pads on the back side to the Lattice CPLD. I read the datasheet for the CPLD, and measured carefully.
If we flip the PCB such as we see the 6 pads, and the GBA connector is downwards, the pins are as follows:
GND, TMS...
From what I can the MicroSD Lite is completely flash based most likely. I don't have MicroSD inserted at all in mine and games can still retain saves so MicroSD is not used at all for that. It's limited to 64KB though. I've read it's because of...
I did try replacing the firmware.frm file with ofw.frm, recompiled the source(from Apache Thunder's version 1.0 from github), and then flashed it afterwards.
Guess what... It WORKED FOR ME! I'm attaching a copy of the modified SCKill ROM that...
Oh cool. So what modifications did you do besides renaming the frm file it uses? Did it work in normal mode or did you have to put it in SCLite mode?
EDIT: Oh wait you did mention using regular mode. So yeah the SD and MicroSD version are the...
The official recovery tool restores 1.85 version firmware on the target slot-2 card it was designed for. I haven ot tried flashing official firmware dumps via sckill because I don't have any regulard non lite versions of SuperCard to test the...
Maybe with regular SuperCards. Not on SuperCard LIte though as I haven't been able to get it to write past 0x50000. But SC has official NDS recovery programs anyways so you don't really need to use SCKILL for that. ;)
EDIT:
Actually the non...
Oh yeah this all assumes you'd primarily be using the SuperCard MiniSD on your DS/DS Lite. If you intend to use it on a GBA then yeah you'll have to get the MiniSD stuff sorted out.
@metroid maniac
I got SC Lite fw flashing to work properly now! Attached the improved build below. I set it so D-PAD toggles between regular and "Lite" mode. (must select it before hitting A or B).
The scfw boots up and doesn't hang on white...
Was it this patch? I was able to access the file after altering an existing download page link to point to this one instead:
http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=download&viewfile=396b276f2318e5de6733ba7199b7006b
I took different download page for...
https://github.com/ApacheThunder/GBA-Exploader/releases/tag/0.62
Directory tree no longer displays both "." and ".." at the top. Like original GBA Exploader only ".." is the top directory entry when in a sub folder. The "." entry is a special...
Assuming the SuperCard SD MIni uses the same mode switch code (pretty sure it does as I recall checking it's DLDI code while trying to help the original poster in this thread), my build of GBA-Exploader should already work for it for the most...
One notable difference I've noticed with my SuperCard Lite MicroSD is that the fw flash requires a different unlock command then the others and the sckill app from that other custom fw project isn't able to update the fw section. (despite...
I know for sure the SuperCard Lite MicroSD doesn't use a battery as I personally own one. Not sure on the others. Most models do have battery but SuperCard Lite is one of the unique ones that don't.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
