Note: Though there are three USERLAND exploits and one KERNEL exploit, there are no public HYPERVISOR exploits available to complete the full exploit chain. As of Jan 2nd 2024 Sleirsgoevy has ported K-Stuff offsets for 3.xx firmwares.

As of Jan 4th 2024 LM had added 3.XX Kstuff to Itemzflow meaning 3.XX-4.51 is now supported for PS4/PS5 backups and dumping.

1: Never enable IDU mode.
If you do you will need to enter staff mode by holding L1 + L2 and tapping this combo: circle, cross, square, triangle, right D-Pad. Release L1 + L2 and you can access settings to exit IDU.

2: Try to stay on the lowest FW possible and wait it out for hacks.

If you are on 1.XX-2.XX do not update at all, it may take years but HV exploit exists in private for this firmware range.
If you are on 3.XX-4.02: the advice is to update to 4.03, but don’t be tempted to update to 4.51 yet.

3: PS5 FPKGs won’t work as HEN and HV/kernel patches do not publicly exist for PS5 content yet.

4: Installing legit game PKGs you do not own will not work, even if spoofed.

5: If you get stuck in a boot loop at the PS logo, this means the SNVS is corrupted (if hash check fails on boot this causes a “soft brick”).

It’s not “bricked”, just reinstall your current firmware RECOVERY PUP in safe mode!

I know LightningMods is working on adding dumping PS4 DLC on the PS5 for Itemzflow 1.08 as 1.06 currently doesn't do that.

After connecting to the internet a update was downloaded but not installed
even after disabling automatic updates, all powersaving was also disabled
even automatic updates, in saved data and game app settings.
According to Modded Warfare using a dns update blocker after connecting
to internet, should get rid of the update.
But it's still there in the download section ready to install and pressing options
just give me an option to pause the update , not deleting it
MW suggested resetting the console, will try that after disconnecting from
internet to get rid of it
Would entering the DNS before connecting to internet prevent the update
download

Did you just get yourself locked into the latest firmware? How come you connected it to the internet? You can delete the update while it's downloading not sure about when it's finished the download though probably not.

2.50 and now after factory resetting im promted with the latest update i think
It downloaded the update even that i disabled automatic update download
guess i should have used DNS blocker before connecting

Just got my PS5 jailbroken and now im trying to remarry Diablo 3
Eternal collection, and it's 1.40 update but getting this error in
PS4 tools. Error Format of the project file is not valid (volume_ts)
A duplicate file name exists, or the file cannot be found
Could not find F:\ compare delte log
Tried remarry 2 games before and got the same error
Followed Modded Warfare's install PS4 backups
Im Got my PS4 backups on a 5gb external
