I don't believe it has save states, but it does bring back OoT's save system to allow you to save from any location, so it's at least a step closer than the original game.
Hello everyone, I finally signed up for an account with gbatemp.net! I have been a lurker of this website since the "dark days" when you could actually download Game Boy Advance ROMs from them, lol.
Edit: I had to use Gravatar's website to get...
Awesome news. Both dev teams are preserving a great Zelda entry. I agree that the UI does get cluttered, but these options are nice to explore and test.
I don't expect Nintendo to do anything, since they haven't for the original Ship of...
I enjoyed it enough solo. The base building mechanics are exactly what I love, it's just that I don't really feel like I can improve my odds if I'm stuck at a boss. Since all progression is tied to beating them, it's not like I can just go...
I'm at least hoping for the randomiser to come across myself. I don't think it adds too much clutter to the larger UI since it gets its own tab and is largely contained there. As for the rest of the options in SoH, they really are stellar, but my...
After several months of work, the Harbour Masters 64 team have released their first public build of 2Ship2Harkinian, a feature-rich Majora's Mask PC port. This comes just weeks after Zelda64Recomp, a separate PC port of Majora's Mask, released to...
I get the logic, but it's becoming a bit much as a customer. It's hard to decide which is the best, and announcing a new one every week worsens the problem. Not to mention most of these all seem to have the same/similar hardware, which only adds...
I wonder if the NPU could be used for something which doesn't just taint the feature due to potential spyware? For example, on the fly texture scaling, on the fly translations, better bots for playing MP games offline, etc?
I mentioned it in the Anbernic thread but I do think they could get away with it if they did one big yearly release where they just say "here's the chip we're using, here's all the shells you can get it in". That way people have a good range of...
I get that the X is super powerful, but does it really do much that the 8 Gen 2 isn't currently capable of (since that's pretty much the golden boy of the high end Android handhelds at the moment)? Just seems like we're hitting a plateau of...
How's the late to endgame hold up? I ended up throwing six hours at it when it released into 1.0 but haven't gone back since. Still a little on the fence as to whether the complete focus on boss encounters is something for me. Interested to know...
I think it's the same CPU as with the RG556, and that is capable enough (albeit not perfect). There's an emulation portion in the review below that goes over it:
