You can easily build your own, and you can find a bunch of torrents on archive.org with every single game from x or y console that you want. It's not very hard to find.

Don't buy those consoles with preloaded games, you're paying more money for the privilege. And then again, those consoles won't perform well, other than getting a Raspberry Pi 5 which does the job 100x better overall.
