My wifey loves them, and I must admit, it has grown on me also. Not sure which Album this one was on, but this is my fav song I've heard her play by them:
Last i heard anything Pendulum 's like more than a decade ago (circa' '12).. remember liking In Silico, Hold your Colour and a bit of Immersion from what i recall. Any of their new albums any good?Immersion - pendulum
Sure, but better than Let it Bleed? NahEnough said lol
That is true, But first song I heard from the stones when I was young was sympathy for the devil.Sure, but better than Let it Bleed? Nah
Stuff we hear in our childhood gets imprinted in our minds that no new music we hear in our adulthood can (well, most music any way), so i understand you feeling/having a soft spot for that album and deservedly so imo. Cheers! That is true, But first song I heard from the stones when I was young was sympathy for the devil.
I have and I would agree with that, probably one of the best stones records I have heard out of the past few decades.Stuff we hear in our childhood gets imprinted in our minds that no new music we hear in our adulthood can (well, most music any way), so i understand you feeling/having a soft spot for that album and deservedly so imo. On another note, have you heard Hackney Diamonds? I thought it was pretty good, better than anything they've released in the past 3 decades (or more) imho
Also IMO I feel like once brian jones passed a certain unique sound the stones had going in the sixties was gone. Just given how many instruments he played.Stuff we hear in our childhood gets imprinted in our minds that no new music we hear in our adulthood can (well, most music any way), so i understand you feeling/having a soft spot for that album and deservedly so imo.
