With GC VC that is a known problem. It's probably that Nintendont wants to use the SD card, but the SD is already used for the OD emulation. I don't see how this could be fixed with reasonable effort without losing memory card emulation.
So you either need to use a USB device for GC games (even...
You could also dump the MLC with the recovery and extract the saves from there.
To restore the redNAND to the MLC, you would use the restore redNAND option and delete the scfm.img. But that only works with 32GB and if the redNAND MLC partition had exactly the right size.
You could also use the...
What is your goal? Just extracting your saves and rebuilding a new clean MLC or trying to clone and fix the old mlc?
You have multiple options:
If you have ISFShax installed, you could just replace the eMMC now with the SD card and then use the restore redNAND option in minute to write the MLC...
You don't have to erase anything
Just run the wafel setup with an empty wafel_install folder. That will:
- recreate necessary safe folders
- trigger initial setup on next boot, which in turn will recreate necessary system saves.
It should be safe to do it without ISFShax, but if you want to...
I don't think we need more dumps now. With it being 80 and not 90 and wrapping around only on the superblocks, I think the pattern is clear.
Just not entirely sure yet how this is happening.

I didn't measure it but probably something in the range of 5-10 seconds
So far ISFShax seems...
Maybe it's faster and safer to first dd the HDD to the PC and then reencrypt with the PC as source and the HDD as target. That should allow for better caching of the source device, assuming there are frequently read blocks.
I think I understand what happened. You had the first partition as NTFS. SDUSB ignores the first partition and only looks at the other partitions. Then the second partition was originally exFAT, which has the same ID as NTFS and when you formatted it to FAT32, the partition type probably wasn't...
can you show how it looks in windows disk management? I need to know which partition it sees at 0 and which as 1.
Also with which did you format the FAT32 partition when you created it?
Can you send me the MBR (first 512bytes of the disk)?
