You have so much potential in life even at the stage of adolescence that you're currently in, and downplaying yourself is going to make things worse than you think it is. Stop calling yourself dumb, and acknowledge what you're capable of. If you see something new that you don't know about, ask questions! It's much better than calling yourself stupid.

But for those that make said person seem stupid for not knowing something to even go harass you for not knowing said material (it happened to me before; it sucks to see a whole server attack you for misunderstanding something), than go fuck yourselves. What you're doing is a form of bullying and that is absolutely not tolerated.
