Emulation ¿Wicth one is easier to emulate on pc Xbox 360 or PS3?

Emulators performance vary from game to game. I guess you should try both

you can get ultimate on the ps4/5 if that's even an option. I bought it on psn when it was on sale as well as infinite.

It can depend on your rig, RPCS3 likes a good CPU, Xenia likes a good GPU.
RPCS3 has a higher level of compatibility though... I suspect you'll get the best luck using that.
