When I tried to open the Tinfoil Installer it just says "could not start the software"

hi all, i hope someone can help me..
I installed the latest versions of atmosphere (1.4.1) and hetake (6.0.1), when I enter RCM and start the hetake payload, I go to launch and start Atmosphere FSS0, I downloaded the latest version of tinfoil (15.0) and when I try to open it it just says "unable to start software"
I emphasize that I made the change from scratch, I didn't have to update the software. Can anyone tell me where am I wrong? thanks guys for the support

Which version of tinfoil did you download? Should be the self installing .nro file.

Did you install latest sigpatches? Tinfoil requires latest Sigpatches to run.

Yes. Install the latest sigpatches and after that, restart your switch.
