Hardware what are the specific tools i need to cool my PS3?

I have a phat ps3, that is running rebug DEX, im wondering what screwdrivers and such i need to unscrew it, I need to apply thermal paste since it overheats after a few minutes of starting or in some cases as soon as it starts
