Emulation USB Helper not downloading update on emulator

Hello, I was able to get BOTW and the DLC installed on CEMU (already done this before), however, no matter what I do, I cannot get the update to install using USB Helper.

As shown in the image above, it shows the DLC is installed, however, the game version is in 0 (is supposed to be 208).
Any help would be great.
