Unable to test PS3's internet connection on the XMB

Every time I test PS3's internet connection on the XMB, it fails in "PSN" even if I'm connected to my PSN account after having disabled CFW syscalls (I have Evilnat 4.89.3 Cobra 8.4 [PEX] [CEX] installed). It looks like the test always logs off from the PSN. I want to know the internet connection's speed and I can't.

I'm not using the PS3's web browser. I'm doing this: . After all, do I have to use the web browser (to access internetfrog or alike) or no?

So, it looks like it was my fault for not checking the "Save Password" setting when signing in to PSN. Anyway, I only get 13 Mbps of "Connection Speed (Download)".
