tiramisu issues and not loading certain apps

hi I am quite new to Wii u homebrew and only two apps will not load these are

• homebrew Appstore
• wup installer gx2

When loading these apps though the homebrew channel all I get is a black screen and no response to the Wii u or gamepad and the only way to turn it off is by removing the power, I have even tried readding the apps to SD card as I thought I might have put them in the wrong place but still the same thing. the file types are elf for wup and homebrew Appstore is rpx. the other apps i have installed are bloopair, savemii, and ufdine which are all working. Wii u is running 5.5.6 and is running on tiramisu.

I've got the exact same issue and i don't know the fix. For me atleast i start downloading a game using WUP installer gx2 and at a random point during it the screen loses connection and the video or sound is given and the same with the gamepad although the gamepad can still be used as a TV remote so it's not off and the console still shows a blue light and the console also cannot turn off unless unplugged. Any help here? @V10lator

@BillyChopBigBob Try using NUSspli instead of WUP Installer.
