is there a work around to put the game out of 60 fps

Read readme where config file is saved. Hex edit it (find "3C" and change it to "1E") or delete it to get default settings.

because any time the game purposefully does a slow motion effect in a cutscene, weird glitches happen.

Technically I have added support for Pro Controller, but didn't get to test it since I don't have it.

Thank you. Yeah I remembered you did mention the glitch in the readme.

Also, thanks for making the game in English on Switch possible. It's been working pretty much perfectly for me over 50 hours in.

Could you tell me the code to change for CS2 to make it 60 fps? I just started it and don't know if it starts in 30 or 60 fps

Use CS2 thread for that please.
And if you just started it, IT MUST BE 30 FPS. I don't force at start of game different than default settings.
If you ask for that to omit slow motion bug, read readme. The same slow motion bug doesn't occur in CS2.
